I believe our times overseas has given me an understanding heart for the foreigner.

You all well know that grandma loves animals. I suppose in a different life, we might have been farmers!!!

While working in our 20s’ as youth pastor in Northern California.

I was thirteen when God called me to be a missionary oversea. Our church was very missionary minded.

I can remember when grandma and I first went to the mission field, to Colombia, South America, in 1974.

If I close my eyes, even 46 years later, I can still hear the voice of the nurse over the many other noises in that clinic: your baby is dead!
